1. Services

Groom Canine provides professional pet grooming and related services at our studio located at Shop No. 42, Paras Trinity Complex, Sector 63 Gurugram, Haryana, India, 122011.

Appointments are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments

All appointments must be pre-booked via call, WhatsApp, or online.

Prices may vary based on pet size, breed, coat condition, and additional services requested.

Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or card at our grooming center.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please inform us at least 24 hours prior for cancellations or rescheduling.

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.

4. Pet Health & Safety

Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that show aggressive behavior or are unfit for grooming.

Groom Canine is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions of pets that may surface during or after grooming.
