1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
By You (the Customer):
Cancel or reschedule your grooming session at least 24 hours in advance for free.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment: a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will apply.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the original booking amount.

By Us (the Company):
If Groom Canine must cancel or change your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., staff unavailability, emergencies), we will notify you promptly. If rescheduling isn’t feasible, a full refund will be issued.
2. Service Satisfaction & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your grooming service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We may offer a free re-groom, service credit, or—depending on the situation—a partial or full refund.

Services that conclude without any issues are generally not eligible for refunds, unless there was a clear failure to deliver as promised.
3. Prepaid Packages & Subscriptions
If you hold a prepaid grooming package or subscription and wish to cancel, any unused portion will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, with any discounts preserved proportionately.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Return of Retail Products
While Groom Canine primarily focuses on grooming services, any products purchased through us are subject to the following terms:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Returns (if eligible) must be made within 3 days of delivery—this applies to defective or incorrect items only.
